About the event
CHEZ VANA is a highly successful concert series Vana started during the pandemic on his outdoor terrace in New York’s East Village. It has had the elite of the jazz and Brazilian world come and participate, including Paquito D’Rivera, Jaques Morelenbaum, Maucha Adnet, Mark Whitfield, Alvester Garnett among countless others, and of course the luminous MO PLEASURE, Chez Vana is heading overseas to the UK and Germany after having been featured by the German ARD, as well as in jazz magazines there. Brazil’s Globo TV hosts have also benn regulars at Chez Vana.
